Chat not responding​

Possible reasons

  • The AI is still processing a long or complex source
  • A temporary connection issue

What to try

  • Wait a moment — responses can take longer for large documents or detailed questions
  • Refresh the page and check your connection
  • Try resending the message

Document not visible in a chat​

If the chat belongs to a repository, remember the document list shows sources attached directly to this chat plus sources attached directly to the repo — it does not show documents that are only attached to other chats in the same repo. Check whether the document you're looking for was attached at the chat level or the repo level (see Repository chat), and re-attach it at the right level if needed.

Group chat not updating live​

What to try

  • Refresh the page
  • Check your network connection — group chat relies on a live WebSocket connection
  • Confirm you still have access to the repository (an owner may have changed membership or roles — see Members and roles)

Cannot create a repository or share something​

Possible reasons

  • You're not signed in
  • Your current plan or role doesn't include that action

What to try

  • Confirm you're signed in (not browsing as a guest)
  • Check your plan and your role in the relevant repository — some actions are owner-only or plan-gated
