Report a bug

Found something that isn't working as documented — a button that doesn't respond, a generation that consistently fails, a display glitch? Report it through Support in the account/Subscription menu, via Contact support, or by mailing [email protected] directly.

What makes a bug report useful​

  • Steps to reproduce — what you clicked, typed, or attached, in order
  • What you expected vs. what actually happened
  • Where it happened — a link to the chat, repo, or visual involved
  • When it happened — even an approximate time helps the team find relevant logs
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if you can grab one

The more precisely the team can reproduce an issue, the faster it can be fixed. If it's intermittent, note that too — and mention anything that seems to make it more or less likely to occur.

Before reporting, it's worth a quick check of Troubleshooting — your issue might have a known cause and a quick fix.
