Integrations

Connect Edithly to the tools your team already uses. Pull work from Jira, Asana, or monday.com, turn it into visuals, and share results back on the same task — without copy-pasting. Connect Miro to export visuals straight to a board.

Available on paid plans

Integrations require a Professional (Basic) or Enterprise (Pro) plan — they aren't included on the free Starter plan. Basic includes core integrations; Pro includes unlimited integrations. See Plans and pricing to upgrade.

Supported integrations

IntegrationWhat it does
JiraImport issues, create task visuals, post links on issues
AsanaImport tasks, create task visuals, add comments on tasks
monday.comImport items, create task visuals, post updates on items
MiroConnect your Miro account to export visuals to boards

How to connect

  1. Open Settings → Integrations (or Plugins) in Edithly.
  2. Choose the tool you want — Jira, Asana, monday.com, or Miro.
  3. Click Connect and sign in on the provider's page.
  4. Approve access when prompted.

You'll return to Edithly with a success message. To remove an integration later, open the same screen and click Disconnect.

Task-linked visuals

For Jira, Asana, and monday.com, creating a visual from a linked task keeps you in one workflow:

  1. Read — Edithly pulls in the task or issue content
  2. Generate — it builds a visual matched to that tool's layout (implementation specs, breakdowns, action plans)
  3. Share back — a link to the visual is posted on the same task automatically (a comment on Jira/Asana, an update on monday.com)

No manual posting, and no switching tabs to share results.

Managing connections

Switch Jira siteRe-select your site in integration settings
Revoke accessDisconnect in Edithly (and optionally in the provider's app settings)

Each integration is tied to your Edithly account — teammates connect their own accounts (on a paid plan) if they need access.

Permissions and privacy

  • Edithly only accesses what you approve during the provider's sign-in (OAuth) flow.
  • Access tokens are stored securely and used to read tasks and post comments or updates on your behalf.
  • Disconnecting stops new access — Edithly does not keep using the integration after disconnect.
  • You only see projects, boards, and tasks your provider account already has access to.
