Usage and limits
Beyond your monthly credit allotment (see How credits work and Plans and pricing), a few other limits and plan-gated features are worth knowing about.
Upload limits
- Maximum file size: 5 MB per attachment (see Uploading and attaching sources for supported formats).

Some visual types and plugin integrations may only be available on paid plans — the visual studio and Plugins page show what's available on your current plan.
Billing and invoices
- My Invoices (
/invoices) shows your transaction history — date, plan, amount, status, and a downloadable invoice/receipt (PDF) for each charge. - Manage in Stripe lets you update your payment details directly with Edithly's billing provider.
- Your next billing date is shown on the Subscription page; on the Free plan this shows as "—" since there's no recurring charge.
Notifications for usage events
Edithly notifies you (in-app, and via push notification if enabled) for: low credits, payment events, ingestion completion, visual generation completion, and repository shares. Enable push notifications from the bell icon in the header so you don't miss them when you're away from the app.
