Visual and document usage

This part of the analytics dashboard focuses on the material in your repository — what's been shared, what members are generating from it, and how it's actually being used.

Document usage

See which of the repository's shared documents are being opened, referenced in chat, and used as a base for generated visuals — useful for telling which readings are landing and which are being ignored.

Visual creation stats

Track which visual types members are generating most — cheat sheets, mind maps, flashcards, MCQs, and so on — and how often. This can tell you what kind of study material your group finds most useful, and where they might benefit from being pointed toward a format they aren't using yet.

Putting it together

Cross-referencing document usage with student activity and topic confusion can show you, for example, that a particular reading is being heavily used but is also the source of the most confused questions — a strong signal that it's worth revisiting in a session or supplementing with extra material.
