Analytics dashboard
Users with a Lead or Teacher role can open analytics at /dashboard/analytics. If you don't have one of these roles, the page shows "Analytics is restricted — available only for users with the lead or admin role" and a link back home.
Analytics is scoped per repository — you see insights for the courses or projects you manage, not the whole platform.
What the dashboard is for
It exists to help teachers and leads understand how their group is actually using shared material — so they can spend time where it's most useful, rather than guessing which topics need more attention.
What you'll find here
- Student activity and insights — engagement trends, topics people are struggling with, and AI-generated insight summaries
- Visual and document usage — what's being generated, what's being read, and how often
Using the dashboard
Use the date range selector to focus on a particular period (a week, a term, since a material was shared) and the export options in the header to save or share what you find. Switch between the repos you manage to see insights specific to each one.
